Question: What goods can I pick up from an Omniva parcel terminal?

Answer: If you want to pick up an order from an Omniva parcel terminal, when placing one order you can select products whose total weight does not exceed 30 kg. When ordering several goods, its total weight and dimensions are always taken into account; if the dimensions of the goods are larger than those indicated above, it is not possible to deliver this product through Omniva parcel terminals. If the weight of the goods exceeds 30 kg, it is not possible to pick it up at the Omniva parcel terminal.

How to shop at Pigu.lt

How to buy in installments

• receiving permanent benefits paid by Sodra (pensions, benefits, etc.);
• pensioners of ministries (receiving pensions paid by ministries);
• farmers, self-employed persons;
• working abroad (must receive income into a Lithuanian bank account).

Question:  What documents are required to conclude an agreement?

Answer:  In order to use the installment purchase service, you must have one of the
following identification documents:
• Passport or identity card of a citizen of the Republic of Lithuania;
• Permanent residence permit in the Republic of Lithuania.

Question:  Is it possible to change the loan payment date?

Answer:  Once the contract is concluded, the payment date cannot be changed. However, when drawing up the contract, you can choose the most convenient day for you.

Question:  How and where to make a payment under the contract?

Answer: You will see the payment schedule in the Agreement, as well as after logging into the self-service system www.inbank.lt

Payments can be made:

  • Bank transfer;
  • By cash or bank card: at Maxima ticket offices, Lietuvos spaudos, Narvesen kiosks, Lithuanian Post and PayPost branches, Perlas terminals
  • Payments must be made to the company with which you have entered into an agreement.

About order fulfillment

Question: When do you start fulfilling an order?

Answer: If you pay for goods via Internet banking, we begin to fulfill your order immediately. If you choose another payment method, we will begin to process your order immediately after we verify your information by phone or email. mail. Usually the order is confirmed within one business day.

Question: What does status mean?

Answer:

  • Submitted
    The order has been placed, but we have not yet begun to complete it.   • In progress

  • Prepared for receipt
    The order is ready and you can pick it up from the Pigu.lt order pick-up point.
  • Transferred to the courier
    Your order has been transferred to the courier, and you will either receive it soon, or it will be delivered to the post office or Omniva parcel terminal you specified.
  • Ready for pick-up at LP branch
    The goods have been delivered to the post office you specified and you will be able to pick them up soon.
  • Delivered to Omniva parcel terminal
    The goods have been delivered to the Omniva parcel terminal you specified.
  • Delivered to the LP EXPRESS parcel terminal
    The goods have been delivered to the LP EXPRESS parcel terminal specified by you.
  • Completed
    The order has been delivered to the recipient in the manner chosen by him.
  • Rejected
    Order rejected (unintentionally placed order, impossible to conclude a leasing agreement, etc.)
  • Returned
    The product has been returned.
