Our move to the Baltic markets has definitely paid off. We have been able to reach new customers, build our brand awareness in the Baltics, and establish steady sales of around 300-500 monthly orders.

The fact that the decision to sell through Pigu.lt Marketplace and to expand into the Baltic markets was the right one is evidenced by the growing sales, which jumped exponentially already in the first months of operation.

Online business requires analysing, calculating, and constantly looking for new opportunities. The pandemic was the time when I heard about the Pigu.lt Marketplace and was surprised that there is a local Amazon in Lithuania. The launch of selling on the new platform during the second quarantine contributed to the growing success and helped the company increase its sales by 10-15%. Agree with the platform was easy, I recommend. The programming time and accounting migration probably took the most time.

Starting on the Pigu.lt Marketplace enabled us not to stop our business, not to go bankrupt, to keep all commercial spaces, and to cover rental costs. After the second wave of quarantine, there was enough working capital to successfully open stores with an expanded seasonal range of goods. In our case, this step paid off and helped us to reach the consumers. Successful selling through the Pigu.lt Marketplace will enable us to move from the small business category to medium.

We started to sell through the Pigu.lt Marketplace in April 2020. Most of our sales is Lithuanian, and about 30-40 % – Latvian and Estonian markets.
